Hartmann Lebensmitteltechnik Anlagenbau, which has been part of VIV Russia for several editions, is specialized in equipment for the animal breeding and processing of food-products.

The wide range of services provided by Hartmann includes all sections in process-chain of poultry farming, but teh company also sells plants in the pig breeding, hatchery and dairy processing sectors. Hartmann’s service-area corresponds with the exhibition motto “From Feed to Meat“. At the stand, visitors could view the company’s fencing-system for sows and farrowing-crates, but also a double-nest “EcoLiberty“ with automated egg-belt-collection-system. The eye catcher-exhibit at the stand of Hartmann Lebensmitteltechnik Anlagenbau GmbH was the broiler cage system, which was especially developed for the Russian market. It is available in width of 1,4 m and 1,6 m with 3 or 4 levels providing good flexibility to install it into new poultry houses and integrate it also to the existing old buildings. The bottom of the cage system deserves special attention. This soft but durable plastic floor corresponds to all the requirements of commercial efficiency for the customer and the comfort of animals. The well-known problems as painful changes of chickens’ feet or breast-blisters become history thanks to implementation of these floors.
