The egg grader of the future

Sanovo Techology will introduce the new generation of egg graders at VIV Russia 2011. The new STAALKAT OptiGrader 600 with OptiLoader capable of loading, washing, grading and packing eggs up to 216,000 eggs per hour. The new grader is the first washdown system including gentle egg handling and advanced software that can increase the grade A final pack. It will set new standards in food safety, egg quality and sanitation.

Sanovo will be introducing the world's biggest capacity egg breaking machine, the OptiBreaker 18 with a capacity of 201.500 eggs per hour, the SANOVO WAVE pasteurizing technology for production of fully functional extended shelf life safe egg products and the SANOVO Streamline - a new concept aimed at smaller operations that want to improve their efficiency in egg product processing.
