TPI-Polytechniek, from the Netherlands, is a producer and supplier of high quality polyurethane air inlet valves and ventilation chimneys for livestock houses. The product range consists of a large number of ventilation components, e.g. over 30 models of air inlet valves and many different diameters in exhaust and inlet chimneys, suitable for most fan sizes. During VIV Russia, TPI-Polytechniek will showcase new products and novelties, for example:

New harder skin
Recently TPI started using a new recipe for their polyurethane products that results in a harder outside skin. While the insulation value is maintained, the new recipe makes the products much better resistant against outer forces, like the force of a high pressure cleaner.
• Motorised air inlet valve model 2800-VFRM
Within the wide range of air inlet valves TPI introduces a unique air inlet valve with an incorporated motor, model 2800-VFRM. This inlet is specially designed by TPI for specific market areas. The unit is controlled directly by means of a 24V power supply and a 0-10V control signal. The unit is auto-calibrating and several units can be connected to one controller. This all makes the use of cords, main cable, pulleys etc. superfluous.
• Air inlet valve model 1800-VFG
To meet the requirements for modern livestock buildings, TPI developed model 1800-VFG. This inlet is narrower for a better minimum ventilation and is higher to give more capacity during warm weather. Available in standard version with side arms or with a central control arm for longer run from closed to fully open.
