  • Notably high interest from neighbouring nations for VIV Russia 2011

    The preliminary results of the survey held among visitors to VIV Russia 2011 reveal extreme satisfaction about the event, which was expressed in the high average score of 8 given to the fair by visitors. This is a 0.9 percent increase compared with the previous edition in 2009. The Russian visitors ranked the fair with 8.1, and awarded the international section a 7.4. VNU Exhibitions Europe and ASTI Group organised this biennial event for animal production and meat processing for the fifth time.

  • 'Russian-Dutch Agribusiness Forum on Dairy and Poultry’ at VIV Russia 2011

    In Moscow on 17 May 2011 the Russian Ministry of Agriculture in cooperation with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation of the Netherlands will stage the high quality agricultural seminar ‘Russian-Dutch Agribusiness Forum on Dairy and Poultry’. The event will take place during the International exhibition for animal production and meat processing VIV Russia 2011. Showdates of the fifth edition of this top notch trade show are from 17 - 19 May in hall 7 and 8 of the International Crocus Exhibition Center in the Russian capital.

  • New initiatives characterise VIV Russia’s fifth edition

    With less than three months to go, already 278 exhibitors from 30 countries have reserved exhibition space for VIV Russia 2011. VNU Exhibitions Europe and ASTI Group, the organisers of this event for animal production and meat processing expect to welcome 300 exhibitors and expect to cover a surface of 9,000² net; this is 500m² more than the last edition in 2009.
